Sterling Malory Archer
The show’s title character, codename: Duchess, Archer is an egotistical alcoholic trained in espionage, deadly martial arts, and seduction. Archer is oftentimes the least liked at ISIS headquarters due to him getting special treatment from his mother and for generally being a major asshole. He has psychological issues as result from his mother neglecting him as a child.

Lana Kane
Archer’s partner in crime and often much more capable ISIS field agent. Lana is always aggravated because she is the top agent but never quite gets the recognition she deserves. She is usually seen carrying two submachine guns in shoulder holsters that she is very proficient with, even being able to sign her name with a single magazine.

Cyril Figgis
Cyril is ISIS’s accountant-turned field agent. He is very clumsy and the butt of many jokes at the office. Cyril starts off as just an accountant but moves up to field agent when Ray is out of commission. He has shown a knack for talking his way out of trouble but has caused numerous accidents to jeopardize the mission while out in the field.

Pam Poovey
The ISIS resident HR representative. Pam is in on the gossip for the entire office and posts about it on her blog. She is bisexual and often remarks about wanting to sleep with everyone in the office. Pam has proven herself in the later episodes to be an extremely adept fighter and a fast learner of new languages making her an excellent field agent.

Malory Archer
The head of ISIS and also Archer’s mother. Malory is a racist, materialistic, self-centered woman that uses ISIS frequently for her own personal gain. Like Archer, she is alcoholic and seldom ever thinks about anyone else but her. She was a neglectful parent to Archer in his childhood, and even in adulthood has haggled for his ransom. She has on occasions showed genuine care for him at some times.

Cheryl/CarolTunt
Malory’s mentally unstable secretary. She responds to either Cheryl or Carol. She is revealed later on in the show to be the heiress to a billion dollar railroad fortune. She continues working for ISIS for her personal safety.

Dr. Krieger
The head of the research department at ISIS, Krieger makes all the useful gadgets for the field agents but more often than not is spending his time creating experiments to fuel his kinky desires. Krieger is noted as having killed multiple ISIS interns through shoddy experimenting.

Ray Gillette
Another field agent as competent as Lana, Ray is often times picked on by all members of the ISIS crew. Being exceptionally well trained with wiring and explosives, Ray is one of the more conscientious field agents. He is confined to a wheelchair for the majority of his screen time which keeps him out of the field and originally why Cyril was promoted to field agent.
